
Joe Bonamassa Autographed Guitar Auction Rules
- Bidding on the autographed Joe Bonamassa Electric Guitar will begin Tuesday, March 3 at 8:00 PM and continue until the auction clock has expired, which will be before 9:30pm. The auction clock will be shown on air during the program.
- You must be 18 years or older to bid on the Guitar.
- Only Credit Card Bids will be accepted.
- There will be no in-studio bidding, and employees of PBS Fort Wayne are prohibited from bidding on the guitar.
- Your bid is a commitment to purchase the autographed Joe Bonamassa Electric Guitar.
- If your bid is accepted, you are legally responsible for paying for that item and that you may not retract your bid.
The winning (highest) bidder for the autographed Joe Bonamassa Electric Guitar will be notified by PBS Fort Wayne by phone right after the auction clock has ended. - If the person who placed the winning bid cannot be reached via phone, then the next highest bidder will be designated as the winner of the autographed Joe Bonamassa Electric Guitar.
Bidding Rules
- To place a bid over the phone, you must provide PBS Fort Wayne with a phone number where you can be reached the evening of March 3, plus a valid street address and email.

- If you call the auction bid line (above) during the auction with a question during the broadcast or for any other reason, you may be disconnected by the operator.
- Bidding will only be in increments of $10.
- Once you place your bid, your call for that bid and that item will end.
Bid Confirmation
- All successful bids will be confirmed by speaking directly to the highest bidder on the phone. Voicemail and text will not be used to confirm the winning bid.
Payment Information
- By placing a bid on the autographed Joe Bonamassa Electric Guitar you accept and understand that you are legally responsible for paying for the item and that your bid may not be retracted at any time.
- PBS Fort Wayne will accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover cards
as payment for the autographed Joe Bonamassa Electric Guitar. - You are responsible for picking up the guitar at PBS Fort Wayne’s offices at 2501 East Coliseum Blvd, Fort Wayne Indiana, during normal business hours, 9 AM-5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Additional Information
- The autographed Joe Bonamassa Electric Guitar will be sold to the highest bidder at the full amount of the actual bid. PBS Fort Wayne reserves the right to reject any bid from a bidder.
- PBS Fort Wayne shall have sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder.
- If any dispute arises after the final sale, the record kept by PBS Fort Wayne shall be conclusive in all respects.
- The winner bidder agrees to a hold harmless agreement with PBS Fort Wayne in regard to representation or assumption of liability.
- All warranties and conditions are between the winning bidder and the manufacturer of the Guitar (Gibson Guitar Corporation/Epiphone).
Receipt of the Autographed Joe Bonamassa Electric Guitar
- PBS Fort Wayne reserves the right to dispose of any property in any manner deemed appropriate if the winning bidder does not take possession of it within an agreed-upon period of time.
- The autographed Joe Bonamassa Electric Guitar is not returnable.
